This year’s Westminster Illustrated swimsuit cover model was brought out of her kennel yesterday to thunderous applause. Tuggy the Shi Tzu mix trotted out, took a quick dump on a reporter’s shoe, then ran away to chase a noise only she could hear. Another historic moment in a truly important event, a celebration of dogs in swim trunks!
