Last week I was auditioned by a media giant on Thanksgiving Day to see if I had the right stuff to be a humorous commentator for future events, including next year's parade. Unfortunately, I was having a bit of a meltdown that week, and since "timeouts" (not the magazine) aren't widely available for adults, I chose the more available path...shooting myself in the foot and enjoying while I did so.
