A Quick Moment With Carol (in two parts)

Part One:
I just realized that I am now of such an age that if I said to my mother, "No, I'm not pregnant, I'm just getting a beer belly," she would be more disappointed than if it were the other way around.

Part Two:
I feel that carrying a pair of dress shoes to work shows just as much professionalism as actually changing into them once I get here, thus, I'm still wearing my Addidas sandals.
