Jeff Kreisler Wins "The Spirit of Bill Hicks Award"!

Comic Jeff Kreisler was awarded the second annual Spirit of Bill Hicks Award at last night's closing of the 2006 New York Underground Comedy Festival.

Founded by the Hicks family to honor, celebrate and encourage "thought-provoking comedy," the Spirit of Bill Hicks Award is yet another feather in the already full cap for Jeff, who just signed a book deal with Prentice Hall to write the corporate crime parody Get Rich Cheating: A CEO's Guide, continues to pen the very popular business humor column Funny Money on TheStreet.com (where he also does a weekly video podcast), has appeared on Air America and Sirius radio and headlines the progressive political comedy tour Comedy Against Evil across the nation.
