The saddest part is that Sick American Bastard still sounds like it's better than "Ghost Rock" would be.

Hmmm, I really can't decide if Sick American Bastard is supposed to be a joke or not. Maybe SAB is Bob Zmuda to Lucas Held's Andy Kaufman.
