Jesse Popp Doesn't Need a Bat House
Jesse Popp is a Drink at Work pal and a great comic to boot. He did a set at Rififi the other night and we happened to get a good tape of it. Here's a clip:

Not to be an asshole or anything, but the point of bathouses is that they're actually supposed to attract bats away from your basement/attic/bedroom/wherever it is that they're scaring the hell out of you. The logic is that they'll leave your nice dank basement and live in the bathouse instead, which will be less horrifying. My parents had a bit of a bat problem in their house and got one of these for the backyard. I don't think it worked. Not sure if they got their money back after two years.

Never trust anyone who starts a paragraph with "Not to be an asshole or anything..."
It's almost as bad as the classic "I'm not a racist, but..."
I always liked the phrase, "I don't mean to be a hard-on or anything, but..."
To be an asshole, I think you should always trust anyone who begins a paragraph like that.
Hahaaaaa, hilarious. I think the Snake Houses would work really well......ON A PLANE! :-)
