So this must be the euro version of the K.I.T.T. car as you notice Michael driving from the right side. Perhaps K.I.T.T. is actually driving itself as Michael seems preoccupied with singing to that creepy girl. I must immediately open this discussion on the Knight Rider forums. It promises to be a long night, I hope I have enough red creme soda to get through this debate.
