On a related note, I just read where the company that owns Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hit is sponsoring the Kentucky Derby.

The possibilities are endless. ("This race brought to you by Taco Bell - guess where the slower horses will go?")
Thoughts?
This entry touched me as I am collecting fake silly sayings that the British might have come up with.
You are the *only* site on all the Googlicious Intarwebs using the phrase “Cold Beans on a Dead Mouse."
Ah, and now I'm hungry...
Speaking of corporate sponsorships, one of the best April Fool's jokes I've ever seen was a few years back when there was a full page ad in the Philly papers announcing the newly-renamed Taco Liberty Bell.

Scary how many people didn't catch the joke and were up in arms...
I forgot all about that. It's amazing how much wool can be pulled over the average American's eyes. I'd like to think the Derby sponsorship story was another prank, but sadly it's not.
How will they open the race? "LET'S GET READY TO RUN FOR THE BORDER!!!" perhaps?
